The hotel's location is great. I found a large, comfortable room. The price offered excellent value. The television was large, a good brand, and the bed ensured great sleep.

large room comfortable bed friendly staff helpful service
The room was large and quite comfortable. The television provided was a good brand, I noticed. I got two nights of great sleep in the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt that nothing was to much to ask.
The car park sign showed the name of the hotel, but I had to pay for the parking which I was not told about on check-in. I then received a parking fine, sadly.

low water pressure broken blind
the room was clean, which i appreciated.
The shower had very little water pressure. It was hard to have a decent shower. one of the windows had a broken blind, so the light came in early. the staff mentioned the bakery next door would be open for breakfast, but it was closed all day on sunday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel seemed quite safe because of the policy and rules.
I was not told that the car park sign indicated the New England car park. I later learned that parking there requires payment and as a result, I received a fine I was not advised of this upon check-in.

the staff were friendly and helpful i could not ask for much more the hotel dealt with all my requests efficiently the location is excellent providing easy access i found a private bathroom convenient

I found excellent value for money during my football match stay. the central location made getting around simple. my room was comfortable with a television of a good brand. Two great nights of sleep resulted. i found the staff friendly and helpful, a policy.
