The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel seemed quite safe because of the policy and rules.
I was not told that the car park sign indicated the New England car park. I later learned that parking there requires payment and as a result, I received a fine I was not advised of this upon check-in.

I found excellent value for money during my football match stay. the central location made getting around simple. my room was comfortable with a television of a good brand. Two great nights of sleep resulted. i found the staff friendly and helpful, a policy.
the shower head had a water flow which can be small.

my double room had a private bathroom which was very nice. the room was warm, clean, and fresh, contributing to excellent value for money. i had a comfortable bed and a good night's sleep!!!
